ENTRY VISA REQUIREMENTS:
1. Obtaining the Russian Entry Visa requires filing out an Application. There are two kinds of Application: one for the US passport holders; another for citizens of other countries. Please select the kind pertaining to your citizenship. Aside from that, an applicant must submit to the Agency:
2. Valid passport (original only). It must be valid no less than six months after the visa expiration date.
3. Recent picture (size 2″x2″);
4. If the applicant elects to have passport returned by mail a self-addressed, pre-paid FedEx or USPS Express Mail envelope must be provided.
5. We accept checks (personal or company), money orders, and credit cards (american express, visa, master card, discover).
Please Note: The Russian Entry Visa is valid for one month. For a longer stay in Russia, a Business Visa ought to be requested. Once issued, visas cannot be changed or extended. The visa processing fee is non-refundable, regardless the visa is issued, denied or applicant withdraw the application.
If you immigrated to the USA before February 1992, you should provide the copy of your immigration documents (copy of your USSR passport and visa, indicated your purpose of immigration); if you still carry a passport of any CIS countries and it’s expired, you need to provide a copy of your expired passport with all pages marked with visas or any other stamps.
If you immigrated from Russia after February 1992, and your current Russian passport is expired, you have to renew your Russian passport.
