ENTRY VISA REQUIREMENTS:
1. Obtaining the Russian Entry Visa requires filing out an Application. There are two kinds of Application: one for the US passport holders; another for citizens of other countries. Please select the kind pertaining to your citizenship. Aside from that, an applicant must submit to the Agency:
2. Valid passport (original only). It must be valid no less than six months after the visa expiration date.
3. Recent picture (size 2″x2″);
4. If the applicant elects to have pas- sport returned by mail a self-addressed, pre-paid FedEx or USPS Express Mail envelope must be provided.
5. We accept checks (personal or company), money orders, and credit cards (american express, visa, master card, discover).
Please Note: The Ukrainian Entry Visa is valid for one month. For a longer stay in Ukraine, a Business Visa ought to be requested. Once issued, visas cannot be changed or extended. The visa processing fee is non-refundable, regardless the visa is issued, denied or applicant withdraw the application.
